You may return any unused and unopened item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original, unopened packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or customized cannot be accepted.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info@noirlyn.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Our customer care team will provide a return authorization number and return instructions.

  • Please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship to the address provided.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • For international returns, return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly once the return is verified.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@noirlyn.com. We’ll provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please include clear photos of the issue for faster resolution.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or washed products

  • Customized or made-to-order items, including handwoven blankets
